Last night my friend, Scrappy Girl, and I went for haircuts and facials. OMG, the facial was WONDERFUL. I almost fell asleep. I MUST find an Aveda Salon in Portland for more facials. It was so relaxing. If you live in the OK area I highly recommend getting one at Reed Johnson Salon. Just thinking about the soft brushes used in my favorite part of the facial makes me relax. I also got what we at Computer Co are fondly calling a Portland Cut. This is a haircut that is a little shorter than you would normally go for so you have time to really scout out a great place to get your hair done. (Mr C is convinced I have gone GI Jane on him since I won't email him a pic of the new cut ;) I guess you guys will have to wait also since I know he just might think he could be slick and check out the blog for a pic. Not happening.
***Lesson Learned: After getting a wonderful facial and having great herbal/natural/flowery moisturizers on your face and arms, DON'T go outside for a length of time (at least not in OK). I have counted 14 mosquito bites on my arms, neck and one on my cheek! Yikes! Those mosquitoes love me.

Am I really that predictable. I'm just catching up on some reading during dinner, I promise. I Love you and miss you so much. See you tomorrow.
Wow... I didn't realize that you wrote in this everyday! I need to start reading more...
Salon Nyla in the Embassy Suites in Downtown Portland is an Aveda Salon (that's where I go). You can park in the hotel garage across the street and they will validate. And they'll give you free wine! Woo Hoo.
If you aren't interested in the downtown area, there are LOTS of Aveda salons all over the metro area.
