I Got Tagged!!

Okay, I know this sounds silly but I am soooo excited because I have nevah evah been tagged before. (Kally breaks out in song)I feel special, oh so special :) -Thank ya AD of The Cat's Pajamas. You made my day!

Now for the RULES:
1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open to page 56.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the next 2 to 5 sentences, along with these rules.
5. Don't dig for your favorite book, the cool book, or the intellectual book. Pick the CLOSEST!
6. Tag five other people to do the same!

Here goes. The book nearest to me is Sleeping with the Fishes by Mary Janice Davidson
(I am currently reading something else but this was the book that was nearest to me and rules are rules.)

** "Chum." It wasn't an affectionate nickname. She meant it literally: the fish guts and heads you feed sharks with. "You're scaring the shit out of my mom. Cut it out, unless you want to find out what your colon looks like." **

Now I get to Tag:

Nutshell
That's What She Said
There's Something in the Glass
Decisionally Challenged
Seven Clown Circus

Isn't it funny/weird that the hardest part of getting tagged is trying to decide who you want to tag? (Don't know if that made sense to you but it does to me...in my mind.)

I'm going to leave my page 56 sentence on your comments instead of tagging other folks since I never know who prefers not to be tagged.
From Gabaldon's "The Fiery Cross": "He willna even wring a chicken's neck." Not the most interesting line!

Fun...I love Mary Janice Davidson...esp. the vampire books! I know what you mean about the tags. I like being tagged but I know some people get annoyed by it so I try not to bug people too much :)! Glad you played along!!!
